We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the main square and conveniently close to a supermarket. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with one even offering to let us use their personal phone. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a terrace, were all top-notch and added to the overall luxury of the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, offering a great start to our day. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made us feel truly valued as guests.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Most speak very limited English, so bring a dictionary. We had a room to the back, where it was quiet. The location is great - only two blocks from the central square. Would stay there again.

Great Location, Decent Breakfast, Friendly Staff
The hotel's location was ideal, being centrally situated and just a few blocks away from the lovely main square. The breakfast was decent and offered a variety of food. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the friendly staff, who were always willing to help.
The decor in the room we stayed in was shabby and lacked elegance. The lighting was poor and there were only two lights in the room.

Room location is not great. Room was not quite prepared upon arrival later in the afternoon.

Very close to the city centre.
No parking space included. The room really needs a refurbishment, the carpet was full of stains.

The hotel has a great location, near to the city's main square and just a few minutes away from the bus station. the rooftop patio and swimming pool were a pleasant surprise and made our Easter weekend enjoyable.
The rooms were a bit dated and need refurbishing, although they were still comfortable enough. the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the breakfast service could have been better managed.
